I delivered a foresight briefing at a leadership strategy day on the future of refrigeration and manufacturing, examining the wider forces likely to reshape the cold chain sector over the coming decade. The session explored issues including supply chain risk, climate pressures, workforce change, digital transformation, regulation and shifting customer expectations. I used a strategic foresight approach to connect these trends into a broader picture of structural change, helping the audience think more clearly about where the sector may be heading and what capabilities may matter most in response.
