“Why Scenarios Matter Now”
I joined a panel discussion on scenario planning focused on why scenarios are such a useful tool in a period of heightened uncertainty and transition. I spoke about the value of scenarios in helping organisations move beyond a single assumed future, test decisions against different conditions, and build greater readiness for surprise, disruption and change. My contribution highlighted scenarios as a practical discipline for better decision-making, not just a theoretical exercise.
