“Democratising the Future - Using Networks to Super-Charge Change”
I delivered a keynote on the role of networks in helping people and organisations respond to uncertainty, complexity and rapid change. The presentation explored why networks matter more than ever in a world where no single person or institution can see the whole picture alone, and looked at the conditions that help strong futures communities emerge and grow. I drew on practical experience from network design and ecosystem-building to show how trust, participation and shared purpose can strengthen collective capacity to anticipate and navigate change.
