I delivered a keynote and workshop for an insurers’ leadership retreat, bringing together Aotearoa's leading health insurance advisers. The keynote looked at the structural forces set to reshape the industry over the next five to fifteen years, and what they mean for advisers, customers and insurers. The workshop had advisers stress-testing their assumptions against a set of future scenarios, table by table.
