“Building Networks for Change”

I delivered a presentation for Hui E (a tangata whenua, community and voluntary sector group) focused on how networks move from loose connection to collective impact. Drawing on network mapping work undertaken with the organisation, I shared what the data revealed about relationship strength, centrality, vulnerability and underused connectors across the network. I used those insights to help participants think more deliberately about how to deepen trust, distribute connection work, and build a more resilient and effective network capable of greater impact for the communities it serves.
