Foresight Tools for Long-Term Insight
I co-facilitated a workshop for officials on practical foresight tools that can support longer-term thinking inside government. The session introduced structured methods for exploring change, challenging assumptions and broadening the frame beyond immediate policy and operational demands. This was a hands-on session focused on making foresight usable and relevant in a public sector context, helping participants think about how long-term insight can be strengthened within real-world decision-making processes.
